As the old adage goes "when you have a childhood dream that burns and tugs at your heart until you're an adult, you owe it to yourself to pursue and achieve this dream". In this very way, my childhood dream of creating and leading a business of my own began.
After many attempts of trying to search for business opportunities in and around my hometown, I ventured into the retail business and hoped to strike gold while living with my brother and sister. Unfortunately, after an unexpected fire that ravaged the factory, business prospects seemed bleak. After a short stint in the stock market trade, I set my eyes upon real estate and therein, in 2012, actualized my childhood dream - Roongta Developers.
Hard work plays a pivotal role. Luck rarely takes a shape without it. Therefore, every endeavour I ever pour myself into, beginning with my first ever real estate project which is with God's grace still celebrating involves my blood sweat and tears

Education is the foundation for the future and keeping that in mind, I was very well aware of the fact that education was the stepping stone to create and be a part of a successful venture
I always knew and in the back of my mind I've made plans for my future, but I was pleasantly surprised when my father beckoned me on this call.
One day he asked me what I truly wanted to do with my life. I knew that the doubts in my mind had been answered and that solution would boost me to join my father's business. I wanted to be a part of the company and contribute to his responsibility and steer the company forward.
After completing my education in the U.S. and returning to India, I was fueled with a sense of ambition to merge my views and thoughts with my father's and take Roongta Developers to new and untraversed territories.
Starting off with the sales and finance department, equipped with about 20 dedicated team members. I learned the hierarchical organizational structure from the grass root level to upwards.
It was a privilege and a joy to be able to witness an organization created solely by my father. Flourishing and growing under his keen care. At the same time, it was a daunting task to tread carefully into the unfamiliar waters of the business and learn while making new mistakes everyday along the way.
My ideas and contribution to the Roongta Group took conglomerate root. Namely, Roongta Infotech, Roongta Entertainment, Roongta Rising Stock and Roongta Foundation. Success is not final and failure is not fatal. Therefore at Roongta, under the leadership of my father we believe that the courage to carry on with is the only thing that counts.

The first year of work at Roongta Developers, 1 imbibed everything that 1 could. Like visiting real estate sites, learning for myself and the dealings of workers. I was aware about the importance of understanding the foundation of every business in order to resolve any complications in the intellectual well being of the organization.
I was especially interested in introducing and creating a structure to the workings of the company and formulating a constitution based on the values and ethics that my father had instilled in all of us. The first real estate project handled solely by myself in 2019, which crowned me with a true sense of self and accomplishment.
